Andreas Yiasemides is a Partner at PwC and Head of Risk, Compliance & Regulation Advisory. He previously served for 5 years as Partner in charge of the Fund Services department. He joined PwC in 1999 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (FCA) before continuing his career with Bank of Cyprus, holding various positions, including heading the Custody and Trusts Unit. Vice Chairman, Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission
George Karatzias is the Vice Chairman of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. He led Alter Domus fund services in Cyprus until 31 December 2020, having joined in 2011. He also served as a board member and the vice-chairman of the Fund Administrators Committee of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA). He was also a member of the Funds Committee of ICPAC (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus). He is a Fellow member of ACCA and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Financial Services from the University of Exeter. He has accumulated significant experience in international fund structuring, management as well as provision of ancillary, middle and back-office services including fund administration.

He has worked with technology giants Oracle and Amazon Web Services, in executive positions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and the Asia-Pacific Countries. Among other things, he has been trained in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data monetisation and sales, in programs at Columbia, Stanford, MIT and Harvard Universities respectively.

Jasper van Heesch is a director in RSM UK's private equity practice and is based out of the London office. During the early stages of his career, he served as a Fund Manager at the Asset Management Department of the SFS Group.
