Matthew D. Hansen

Matthew Hansen has been a private equity investor for over 20 years, and has focused on the financial services sector throughout his career. Before founding FSC in 2019, he was a Senior Partner and Head of UK & Europe at Atlas Merchant Capital, a financial services private equity firm. Prior to Atlas, he was a Partner at Cerberus Capital Management. He started his career at Bear Sterns in New York, before moving to private equity firm Madison Dearborn. He holds a BBA in Finance and a joint MBA from Columbia University and the London Business School.
