Anthony J. Harper

Anthony Harper is Head of Sustainable Finance, ETFs and Asset Managers at Euroclear. He was previously CEO and Co-Founder of Axial, CEO of Managed Investments for BNY Mellon APAC and also worked at Nomura as M.D. of Asset Management Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was President of Managed Account Solutions for Pershing LLC and served on the executive team that operated and then sold PNC Financial Services’ GIS global custodian to BNY. He began his career at Federated, product-managing fixed-income funds and business launches in Germany and Ireland.
