Dr. Stefan Staedter

Dr. Stefan Staedter is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. He is specialised in regulated and unregulated investment fund work and mainly advises clients on the structuring and life cycle management of alternative investment funds. He also serves the firm as an in-house expert on European long-term investment funds (ELTIFs). He has been a member of the Koblenz Bar (Germany) and the Luxembourg Bar since 2015. Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Stefan worked for several international law firms in Berlin, London and Luxembourg.
