Katherine Rainwood

Katherine Rainwood is Head Counsel for the Funds Legal team at Pemberton. She was a Partner in the international law firm Paul Hastings, specialising in fund structuring and fund finance. She is an experienced asset management lawyer and has acted for a wide range of GPs and institutional investors, including pension funds and insurance companies. She has particular expertise in direct lending funds, private equity and real estate funds and fund structuring, including derivatives. She holds a BSc in Economics, an MSc in Law and Finance and an LLM for International Economic Law.
