Christia Evagorou is both a qualified lawyer and a Chartered Accountant. She holds a Director position in the Funds Services department of PwC Cyprus and has been servicing international private clients for 14 years in Nicosia and London. Her main areas of expertise are corporate structuring, corporate simplifications and buy-outs, managing regulatory and tax requirements and cross-border M&A transactions. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA).
