The Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) was established in February 2013 and registered as an Association in April of the same year under the Associations and Foundations Law of 1972 , with the purpose and aspiration to become the collective voice and the reference point for all professionals and legal entities, offering services and engaged in the development of the Investment Funds Industry in Cyprus. CIFA is a full member of European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) and an associate member of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA).

International Capital Market Association

ICMA is the only trade association to grow up alongside the growth of the cross-border capital markets. Not linked to any one national market, ICMA has promoted the development of efficient global capital markets for around 50 years. ICMA sets the recognised standards for best practice in the international capital markets.
